Excel Workbook

• Connects like a database connection - shares the same API.
• Also has Excel based methods (such as sheet_names).
• Only loads the file once.

** New simple Column_Selector API **

• Now takes a Vector.
• Each item can be an index, column name or a column selector.
• A Column_Selector allows for case insensitive or regular expression based selections.
  Also allows for picking blank or partly blank columns.
• Used anywhere Column_Selector was used (select, remove, reorder, transpose, cross_tab, distinct)

• Support for SQLite.
• Support for image files. Requires including Standard.Image.

• Added JS Object serialization of Map.
• Added Map to Table viz.
• Altered table.js to not require ixes field.
• Also sorted the 2D Vector rendering in Table so no longer transposed.
