Change the new transaction floating button behavior

Prerequisites

Current Behavior

There is a new transaction button in the transaction item, which is too redundant. Can it be like the dashboard, which only has a + button?

Expected Behavior

There is a new transaction button in the transaction item, delete the description text.

I think this is not a bug, is a feature request.

The initial idea was to do something like the gmail app does, that is, show the full text initially and collapse the text on scroll. I will change this to cover this feature request.
