if transfer of daily/monthly fails (raising exception) -> ALERT implemented by @stijnvanhoey
If transfer does not find any files to add to bucket, @stijnvanhoey pushes this to SNS-topic on which @TheJenne18 can setup a alert for this incoming message.

Alerts will be sent (mail) to Peter and Pieter. @peterdesmet is this correct?
