Blurry background when scaling

Hello everyone! At first I wanted to ask a question in the Issues section, but ended up going here because I'm unsure if it's really a problem of the shell.

So, I've got a 4k screen and have to use scaling because everything appears extremely small if I don't. I set the 2x scale in the Hyprland general.conf file (~/.config/hypr/hyprland/general.conf):
monitor=,preferred,auto,2,transform, 0

And the problem is that the higher the scale value is, the more blurry the background will be. It's not really painful, but just a little bit unpleasant:

1x scale

4x scale (I never use values below 200%. It's just for the better demonstration)

So my question is, does it seem possible to deal with the scaling blur or do I have to just get used to it?
Besides the background everything else looks and works great! And thanks in advance!

I've made a fix in 8f2863c
For jpegs the rendered image might still be a bit different compared to when scaling is not used, but they shouldn't be terribly blurry now
