Describe the bug
Chat support ticket window displays two close (X) icons instead of one.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Login to the app/web.
- Navigate to Support → Chat Support.
- Open the chat ticket popup/window.
- Observe the header or top section of the chat window.
Expected behavior
Only one close (X) icon should be present in the chat support window for closing the chat.
