Is it possible to subscribe & publish

We have use case where client(100k) will subscribe to 2-3 topics and also periodically publish to same topic. Do have any example for this does it support

Its not allowing more than one sub in a single clientid. I have used following command
./emqttb -L 30s @sub -t 'krc/usp/endpoint/agent/ops::00BBEF-KRCPC_usp1_bench_sub_2' --clientid ops::00BBEF-KRCPC_usp1_bench_sub_2 -I 10ms -N 5 @g -h 10.81.13.13 -p 1883 --username usp1 --password usp1

Though N being 5, no of client connection is 5, but subscription number is 1 only.

And it taking more than 13GB memory to run 5 in parallel.
