MIME-Version should be on top

I'm using the mime-builder to create an email and download it as an eml file. Since everything is working fine, expect that one small problem: If the MIME-Version is not before the content-type: multipart/mixed (in case you have text and attachments) the Apple Mail client doesn't render it correct.

Or am I using the builder the wrong way?
