How to get lsp-mode to find imported modules using tsconfig.json paths?

Hi all!

Sorry if this has been asked before, but is there a way to get my TypeScript imports in lsp-mode to use the "paths" that I have set in the compilerOptions of my tsconfig.json file? For example, I have an import statement that says the following:
import ModuleName from "@/path/to/module"; where the "@/" is one of the paths I specified in compilerOptions. Instead of correctly using that path (like in VS Code) to find the appropriate file, the editor complains that there is an error with the import.
