Error to execute activities which has bookmark in parallel

Description

It is not possible run the same activity in parallel having bookmark.

Steps to Reproduce

To help us identify the issue more quickly, please follow these guidelines:

1. Detailed Steps:
   Here i created the test workflow using delay Activities. Here each activity will resumed after 5 second and output result as shown in picture. It looks like only one delay activity is executed in second node. Actutlly both of them should be execute but it doesn't.

Expected Behavior

Both Delay activities in seocnd note should be exectuted after 5 second .
