Camera doesn't work on latest Jamtaba and cpu spikes #1391

I'm getting periodic cpu spikes on latest Jamataba in Ableton 11 even with just me and 1 jammer. I set fps to 15 and am on win 10 with a dGPU so it's not the computers fault. Checked with latencymon too.

Also, camera button doesn't work at all. I can see other ppls cams but nothing happens when pressing the camera icon. One step forward, two steps back.
