What Happened?

Right-clicks on the "desktop"/wallpaper on the lower part of the screen (roughly, pretty much the whole rectangle area left to the dock when a window is maximized with dock in "Never Hide") pops up a context menu on the top left of the screen.

Steps to Reproduce

Right-click on the wallpaper, in an area on the right or left of the dock but no higher than it

Expected Behavior

Context menu to pop up, with either the cursor at its top left or bottom left, depending on space present to avoid clipping, overlaying if needed the dock
not at the other side of the screen
