error when running make/package

Actual behavior

running as a Administrator cmd
getting an error
An unhandled rejection has occurred inside Forge: Error: EPERM: operation not permitted, rmdir '***\AppData\Local\Temp\electron-packager\tmp-siIxnq\resources\app'
(the *** is the start of my local pc route)

running pnpm make from a administrator cmd
