Kibana version: 8.14.0 BC4

Browser version: chrome latest

Browser OS version: OS X

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from staging

Describe the bug: User can delete bucket span (Its not mandatory like in machine learning) while creating anomaly detection job from dashboard and click create on the job. This displays "Job could not be created. [1:152] [job_details] failed to parse field [analysis_config]" error. Can we please tell the user where they are going wrong here or better yet make bucket span setting mandatory?

Thanks for spotting this @bhavyarm . We'll work on a fix. The user should not be able to hit 'Create job' if no bucket span is entered.
