The pace at which new CSS functionalities are developing at is tremendous, and many new features are arriving that stand to replace logic that has previously only been accomplishable via JavaScript.
To be clear, many of these features are not yet available in all browsers or are available only under flags. This discussion is meant to keep an eye on these features as they develop and evaluate the feasibility of using native CSS functionality to replace our current JS chroma-js library. For example:
