Add series_name as an optional GET parameter

At the moment studio only works with the series id as a parameter to associate a new recording with a series. The other opencast LTI tools also support series_name as an optional parameter that uses the series title instead of the ID. This off course implies that these are unique. Adding this parameter would make the behaviour consistent with the other LTI tools in opencast.
