@ferishili made me aware that the font used for Farsi is just a random system font. For the same reason we use a provided fixed font for all Latin-alphabet languages, we should also use a fixed one for Farsi. Farbod recommended https://github.com/rastikerdar/vazirmatn

And while we're at it: what font does Chinese simplified use?
