Improvement: Open new file

By allowing the user to open another .gpx/.json file and use some simple rules for merging different repositories can easily be merged.
For imports from Peakbook use id instead of co-ordinates
'visited' -> prevails
New peaks - same name or same co-ords (10 m), ony one. Display those that are omitted
