NVME SSD support Windows on ARM #139

Windows on Arm in working fine on my Orange PI+ with USB pendrive but NVME SSD disk is not visible in windows.
And after cloning USB to nvme under linux "Windows on Arm" do not boot from NVME.
How to make nvme work and what is storport.sys workaround?
