Bug Description:

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Click “move view to secondary window” button in the upper right corner.
2.On the secondary window, Click the Maximize button in the upper right corner of the browser.
3.The page cannot be completely filled,as shown in the image below.

This seems to be Chrome-specific. Works in Firefox.

Unsurprisingly, Electron ist affected.
