It could improve the discoverability of xsbt-web-plugin by renaming it to sbt-war.

It has been a long time since sbt was called xsbt, and "web-plugin" is pretty generic and vague. This plugin is primarily about packaging projects as .war files. If I were looking for such a plugin, I might search for "sbt-servlet" or "sbt-war". Maven uses the name "WAR Plugin" for its equivalent.

On the other hand, "xsbt-web-plugin" has been around for eleven years, so it could be that name recognition yields discoverability.
