pandapower 1.6

A lot has changed since the last release, so I suggest releasing pandapower 1.6 soon. What do we still want to include in this release? I suggest:

• runpp arguments: parameters and keyword arguments in runpp #122
• ideal phase shifter with constant dU: Constant dU for ideal phase shifters #117 / Allow constant dU for ideal phase shifters #126
• runpp initialization: Power flow initialization #113
• clarify json IO issue data type mismatch error in from_json #154
• power flow for networks without branches powerflow for networks without branches #157
• slacks and generators at one bus: Multiple generators at one bus #134
• plotly version update lots of deprecation warnings with current plotly installation #147
• Update changelog
• Update documentation

Will be included in future release:

• multigraph refactoring parallel lines in multigraph #85 / Faster graph creation #127
• Iwamoto factor for PV buses Algorithms for ill-conditioned problems #114

@SteffenMeinecke: I think we had the "the transformer parameter has changed" warning for the adopted standard type parameters now for a long enough time that it can be deprecated in 1.6, can you please do that?
