[Bug]: BB Code Editor Bar missing 'Color' button

Bug description

V 2.3.3 on cpage editor with Tinymce uninstalled (personal pref as I have never liked it) the bbcode bar is missing the 'color' button between 'Table' and 'Font Size'

This is after an upgrade from v1.1.4 direct to v 2.3.3 using Bootstrap 5 theme

How to reproduce

Go to admin > content > pages/menus and create / edit a page

I did check the bb code template and the shortcode is there under the $BBCODE_TEMPLATE_CPAGE = section at line 83 {BB=table}{BB=fontcol}{BB=fontsize} but it doesn't display the color buton

Expected behavior

tried all: PHP 5.6 7.4 and 8.1

Forgot to add: Plugins installed Download, Forum, G Sitemap, Hero and User. File Inspector shows no errors and database check is OK
