Would this library work with a HD4074608 driven LCD?

Hello!
As the title says I have a LCD driven by a HD4074608 chip and wondering if this library would support it?

Hmmm. I misunderstood and thought it was asking about an LCD at first. But the HD4074608 seems to be a micro-controller.
If you have an Arduino platform/core for it, then yes this library should work with it.
The code is all very portable and so far works on all the Arduino platforms.
