How do I read OsmAnd gpx extension in a file?

I have gpx files generated by OsmAnd and I'm trying to figure out how to get the data associated with the extension.

For example, here is one trackpoint:

                <ele>221.8</ele>

                <extensions>
                    <osmand:speed>1.3</osmand:speed>

Is there currently a way to read this on the same row result with the other data from
