Header and Footer Color

I made the background color of gallery photos UF orange.
Shall we make some updates on header and footer color?

Here are my thoughts:

1. Both header and footer use UF orange.
2. Both header and footer use UF blue.
3. Just keep the original black color.

Any suggestions?

I like the black in the header. It looks "modern". There is a DSI logo in the shared drive with white text; that could be resized to (I think) 50x50 px and put in the header so the text will show up. The footer already has a splash of blue from the Facebook and and other icons. I think the touch or orange in the logo at the top is ok.

Perhaps we can get some more UF colors by putting the UF and UFII logos or wordmarks on the front page as part of the lead-in text?

I like the gallery images w/ the orange roll-over color.
