First, there seems to be a difference in income per person between the different regions: Specifically, it can be observed that Europe has the highest income per person, where as Africa has the lowest income per person, throughout time. 

Secondly, income per person changes in different directions depending on region: Specifically, Oceania and Europe experience an decrease, whereas Asia and South America experience an increase.  

Finally, in terms of variation within regions, Europe and Asia have the highest range in income per person.
