I think it's worth including "--" workaround in documentation (or script) as proposed here:
broadinstitute/Drop-seq#422

Also here in the docs:

singularity exec Demuxafy.sif bash Dropulation_summary.sh $DROPULATION_OUTDIR/updated_assignments.tsv.gz (line 288)

it should be dropulation_summary.sh with lower case 'd'.
