After changing to ReHLDS, signoncommands in hltv.cfg isn't working properly.

I have signoncommands "spec_mode 4; spec_autodirector 1" set, but even though I can see hltv.cfg being loaded when HLTV starts, HLTV viewers don't start in first-person. The only change I made was switching to ReHLDS, after switching back it works fine again.
