I saw some references to "devicetree"/"dts"/"dtb" in Issues, but it's looking like there's no actual support for incorporating dtbs in a dracut generated UKI (--uefi).
So it's looking like ukify with ``--devicetree` is required for this.
I saw kernel-install, but saw it required dracut behind-the-scenes, and even then for some reason it was putting EFI stuff in /boot even though /efi existed. I only created a tiny /boot partition just so it exists, but it isn't used.
