Contribution Proposal: Themes for Web Pages Using Stylus Plugin and a new Obsidian theme

I have been working on themes for various web pages using the Stylus plugin and have also developed a theme for Obsidian. I am excited about the possibility of contributing these themes to the official Dracula repository.
