No way to configure Site search button in @dpc-sdp/ripple-site-header

Describe the bug
In @dpc-sdp/ripple-site-header/index.vue the Site search button text is hardcoded - Some sites (eg: legislation.vic.gov.au) require this to behave differently and therefore the text needs to be configurable
