SDK diff test failure: System.CommandLine.resources.dll version mismatch on internal/release/10.0.2xx

The CompareMsftToSbAssemblyVersions SDK diff test is failing across all distro legs in the Source Build SDK Diff pipeline (Build #20260311.11).

What's failing:

• Test: SdkContentTests.CompareMsftToSbAssemblyVersions
• All 6 legs affected (Alpine, AlmaLinux, Ubuntu x64/ARM64, Fedora, CentOS)
• System.CommandLine.resources.dll version changed from 2.0.2 (MSFT SDK) → 2.0.3 (source-built SDK) across all locales

Fix needed:
Update MsftToSbSdkAssemblyVersions.diff baseline to reflect the version bump.
