PublicApiAnalyzer and BannedApiAnalyzers release notes/docs

I'm wondering where can I find release notes for new versions of PublicApiAnalyzer and BannedApiAnalyzers?

I'm not aware of any such release notes. @JoeRobich, do you know if there were any major changes in them?

It is update from 3.3.4 to 4.14.0 so it looks like major but maybe it is only generated number :)

It's a generated number. The main change I'm aware of is that it moved repositories.

I think this is wrong, I am getting an error like this during build:

This seems to be the issue:

It looks like version 4.14.0 only works in SDK 9.0 or newer and SDK 8.0 is not supported.
