We currently have bunch of hardware tests running which require specific configuration.

We should create test which reads /boot/config.txt and checks if it has appropriate overlays for our test setup and this way it will be easier to diagnose if helix machine is misconfigured. We should ensure correct XUnit traits are applied to those tests so that they can also be run locally.
