This was working as recently as last Thursday so something must have changed.

This may be caused by a partial DockerHub outage happening right now:

https://www.dockerstatus.com/

Which is likely related to the broader AWS outages today.

There's no issue here. We both forgot to include the library/ prefix when importing.
