So I was trying to place a part on the back of MK2 Wide Tricoupler in mirror symmetry and noticed it kept placing the mirrored part on the middle-back node. After a minute of trying to figure out why that kept happening, I realized there was no node on the opposite side of the Tricoupler and instead the node is in the middle section. I believe it's just a case of a misplaced node, but it may also be either a mod conflict or a KSP 1.7.2 (or one of the DLCs) conflict. However, seeing as this issue has only happened with this one part among the many mods I'm using, it's likely an issue with the part itself. Here's hoping it's a simple node fix and not a bigger mess.
here's a picture of what I'm talking about:

Cannot reproduce under KSP 1.7.2 (without new DLC).
Check that your GameData\ChopShop\Structural\Mk2\wide_tri.cfg have these strings:
node_stack_small_1 = 1, -2, 0.0, 0.0, -1.0, 0.0, 1
node_stack_small_2 = -1, -2, 0.0, 0.0, -1.0, 0.0, 1
node_stack_top = 0.0, 0.75, 0.0, 0.0, 1.0, 0.0, 1
node_stack_bottom = 0.0, -0.775, 0.0, 0.0, -1.0, 0.0, 1
