I love Dokku but I struggle to make it work neatly with my other (central) nginx instance. I have an nginx instance that essentially controlls static file serving, webmin, other apps (not deployed through dokku) and I have some dokku apps.
When deploying apps to dokku I usually encounter issues reaching the subdomain (because my default_server catches the requests). I suspect that is the case because of duplicate nginx instances.
I can certainly not be alone facing this, what's the best practice here?
