The command "ipa ca-add"  gets  error

The [ipa CI workflow](https://github.com/dogtagpki/pki/actions/runs/19329345770/job/55288867721#step:14:109) is failing creating Sub-CA with the command `ipa ca-add` when the creation is done in a loop.


The SubCA is created asynchronously so the call after creation can fails generating the error.
