[Feature request] Grouping by directory

In some cases, each submission consists of multiple files put together in the same top-level directory.

It would be good to support this use case. The zip file will contain multiple folders (at the top-level), and files in the same folder shouldn't be compared against each other.

This would be an option that can be enabled/disabled.

Hi @Youssef1313, this is indeed something we would like to support in the future.

We already have an issue for this to track progress: #1121
