Is the DNN store dead?

I have tried to buy a module on the dnn store and it just shows n/a on the download link. I have submitted multiple tickets but it just gives a bad gateway error from cloudflare when I submit the ticket. Also, the phone number listed in the confirmation email for the order just gives cannot connect errors. I can see some tickets do get saved after reloading the site. But its been 6 days an no follow up.

Is this store dead, is anyone monitoring it? At this point I am going to get visa to void the transaction.

Does anyone have details about whether the store is still a valid business?

It is still valid as far as I know, however, none of us in the community has any voice/control over it.

I will reach out to a contact of mine to see if I can get some answers for you.
