'500 Internal Server Error' for T1 sites in Victor web monitoring

The T1 Disk entries in the "Associations" menu on the Victor webpage give a 500 internal server error:

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [no address given] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

The issue is that the webpage converts the site name to T2 which doesn't exist:
