手打文本时渲染滞后 #647

如果在翻译框内手动编辑翻译文本，打字补充，渲染结果大概率是错的（似乎和缓存有关）一般需要ctrl+a全选文本框，剪贴粘贴这样强制重新渲染一次。重新渲染时机是不是需要调整填一下？

如果用的是第三方输入法切系统输入法试试
