对OCR结果不满意，想对这一张图重新来过（检测+OCR+翻译+抹字），没有找到方法

此外点击RUN时，即使项目已经翻译过，会清空并重跑，希望加个确认

No way. There is no such function. The maximum that is available is to recognize, clear and translate blocks already identified by the detector
