v0.1.0 does not contain a dbt_project.yml

@dat-a-man https://github.com/dlt-hub/dlt-dbt-personio/tree/v0.1.0 doesn’t have a dbt_project.yml, so it won't show up on the package hub. Please delete this release + tag (hubcap crashes when it doesn't find a project file for any release 😬) and release an 0.1.1 instead - once that’s done you can open another PR to re-add it to the hub.

Since you're programmatically creating projects, I recommend you just build a basic dbt_project.yml during the scaffold so that this doesn't happen in future.
