On a default configuration:

  • configure "append domain name" for example ".diladele.lan" in Squid / General / DNS

From now on in Squid / Runtime info - you will get Access Denied.

Try using curl for stats not the manager; it is planned to be removed in Squid 7 anyway... also see if we know that the append domain name is configured - maybe connecting to fully qualified name or even IP will work.
