Show only recently active users in phonebook

How should we define "recently active"? The easiest way is probably to check when a user lastly visited http://dikurevy.dk/ but I suspect most active users will not visit that page very often. Instead we should maybe check for visits to http://møder.dikurevy.dk/? Which means that someone needs to update its PHP code.

We should be able to check when someone last joined a meeting if we fix up the parsing a bit on the Perl side.
