What do you think about adding a table of contents?

I'm open to it, just not sure which one to port. Was also considering https://www.npmjs.com/package/markdown-it-toc-done-right

I originally found markdown-it because of vuepress is using it with a bunch of pretty nice defaults. They are using markdown-it-table-of-contents
