Text style rendering inside SVG does not handle some props

Describe the bug

When using Text inside a Svg, some style attributes seems to be ignored.

Exemple :

• fontSize works fine
• textTransform, letterSpacing are ignored

Expected behavior

The text should accept every text style, or at least be documented in the https://react-pdf.org/styling page.
