Font Rendering Issue for Some Tamil Words / Characters #3241

Describe the bug
I am having issues when rendering some certain Tamil Words, the last character in சொத்து is being rendered as து, while it is rendering perfectly fine in Google fonts. I did try the also try against a couple of fonts from Google font, but the issue persists.
My hunch is that this is somehow related to either the character combination or து being some kind of composite character, as when I try to render the character individually, it works fine.
