Add Xiaomi Smart Evaporative Humidifier to the supported-after-mod list

Unfortunately after opening my new Xiaomi Smart Evaporative Humidifier it turned out it also uses a proprietary chip MHCWB5G-B instead of a standard ESP32.

I've now desoldered the chip and replaced it with a ESP32-C3-WROOM-02-N4.
With this it now works as expected, I'll write up a wiki entry when I'm happy with the configuration.

Maybe we need a third table "compatible after proprietary chip replacement" as it seems a few more devices have been made compatible through this.
